Here are snapshots of our staff members:

Elizabeth Mance founded and currently manages Accountability Services. Prior to establishing the firm, she worked for Arthur Andersen for 12 years where she progressed from auditor to tax manager, and then eventually became Andersen's CFO in its software development division at its technology headquarters in Sarasota, Florida. In 1997, she left Andersen to pursue her dream of starting her own business here in Seattle.

Elizabeth is an honors graduate in Accountancy from the University of South Florida. To keep the firm continually on the cutting edge of technology, she often secures projects within the corporate high-tech area. She has experience working for organizations such as AT&T, Cingular, Microsoft and the Disney Internet Group. Her combination of education and experience give her a well-rounded background that is ideal for providing clients with financial and technology solutions, and CFO oversight.

Formerly a Senior VP and CFO of a Virginia services company, Teresa offers clients the benefit of more than 20 years of upper level financial, information technology and operational management experience, and has spent a significant portion of those years in entrepreneurial environments. Teresa has worked with start up companies and knows the challenges facing the mid-size company operation.  Teresa attended Regis University in Denver for her Accounting degree, is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and will soon be a CMA candidate.

Angela Coccia has industry experience in real estate and professional services. Her focus is with our QuickBooks POS Retail and the desktop products. Angela attended Central Washington University, and worked in accounting, business management, and organizational development prior to joining the firm. Angela is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Laura Hall is our administrative assistant responsible for scheduling and for many of the firm’s internal processes. She attends the University of Washington and worked at Starbucks, which provided her with a solid customer-service focus. Prior to joining the firm, Laura worked for a tax attorney in Portland.

Sandi Hart is the firm’s IT consultant and process analyst and supports our south Sound and Seattle clients. She has 20+ years experience in accounting within the technology industry providing accounting expertise and financial systems analysis. Sandi's resume covers work with Vertex-Alliance Data, Buyer’s Consolidated, Eddie Bauer, Wildfire Software, and Rainier National Bank. Sandi is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. In her spare time she volunteers for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life program.

Gina Key supports our north Sound clients, with a focus on the QuickBooks Online product. She is a graduate of Seattle University, and has worked for the Small Business Administration and the City of Everett. Since 2003, she has volunteered at Diversified Industrial Services as secretary and member of the Board of Directors. Gina is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Russ graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Washington University in Bellingham with broad corporate and client experience. Russ supports the firm as a senior accountant providing financial leadership, tax preparation and accounting services. Over the past 20 years, Russ has worked for Jackson Hewitt, Symetra Investment Services, Safeco Mutual Funds, the City of Bellevue and Virginia Mason in senior level capacities. Russ has also passed the CPA exam and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Ying Liang supports the firm in all aspects of accounting and tax for individuals, trusts/estates, and corporations. She has experience as a cost accountant with The Boeing Company, four years governmental accounting experience with the City of Seattle, and worked for another local accounting firm prior to joining us. Ying earned her bachelor’s degree and her Masters in Taxation and Professional Accountancy from the University of Washington. Ying is also a CPA candidate and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Rebecca Misshula is originally from New York City where she gained extensive knowledge in commercial real estate, leasing, contract negotiation, and personal financial management. She supports a number of the firm’s commercial real estate clients, and provides elder care and accounting services to families and law firms. 

Tara Simpson handles tax preparation, audit, CFO and other accounting services for our Seattle-based clients.  In addition to public accounting, Tara has operations experience in TV productions with some of the largest broadcast markets in the US.  She earned her bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and attended Central Washington University for her fifth year accounting program.

Manny Uson is a senior accountant and consultant, providing coverage for the technology and professional services industry segments of the firm particularly in the south Sound area. He has 20+ years of accounting experience. Prior to joining the firm, he owned and managed his own businesses and, as a result, he understands the challenges and demands our clients face. Manny is an accounting graduate of the University of the East (Manila, Philippines).
